CLUBHOUSE QUEENSTOWN

Megafloor approached Jacks Point Clubhouse following a fire that happened towards the end of 2016. 

The original floor was a great showcase of Decorative Concrete that had been Polished up with older technology systems. 

It was a great opportunity to refurbish the fire damage within the reinstatement works that were planned in stages for 2018. The floor while having a little bit of damage, the decorative concrete was in a reasonably good condition.

Megafloor reprocessed the floor in stages, and the results have far exceeded anyone on the project's expectation. This is one of the best concrete mixes we have ever Polished up using the Megafloor High Street Premium system. Megafloor benefits are widespread here is a few benefits:

• Cost Effective – Spending extra on the floor covering materials like carpets and tiles are not required when using polished concrete floors.

B:Hive at Smales Farm was a Jasmax and BVN from Australia masterpiece in design, its purpose to deliver a high end multi tenanted business hive on Aucklands North Shore.
It was a great effort from all involved in delivering this amazing Megafloor High Street Feature floor on the ground floor. Some careful planning between Allied Concrete, Conslab and Polished Concrete resulted in an outstanding result for all involved.
